Birth Doula Care

Research shows that having a birth doula offers positive outcomes, including a lower likelihood of cesarean birth, a shorter labor, and increased satisfaction for mothers. As your birth doula, I provide you with non-judgmental, compassionate support, physically and emotionally throughout the duration of your labor, delivery, and initial postpartum period.

Postpartum Doula Care

The 40-day postpartum period, otherwise known as the Sacred Window or 4th trimester, is vital for new mothers to rest, recover, and bond with their baby. A postpartum doula provides essential support, mothering the mother so she can focus on healing and connecting with her newborn during this profound transition.

Read About My Story
  • “Partnering with Lindsay was the one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancies. I relied heavily on her calm and encouraging presence to birth both of my sons without any interventions… I knew I had to hire her for my second pregnancy, as well.”

    Jennie S.

  • “Lindsay brought such good energy in the middle of the night and was an amazing support. I think it was also helpful for my husband who could step out and take a break during the birth process and come back in more refreshed and ready to be present. I highly recommend Lindsay.”

    Krysta M.

  • “Lindsay listens—really listens. Whether it's my goals, my fears, or the unexpected questions that have come up along the way, she meets each one with compassion and thoughtful guidance. I am deeply grateful for this prenatal experience and feel so reassured knowing Lindsay will be by our side as we welcome our baby into the world.”

    Shianne Q.

  • "What truly set Lindsay apart from other doulas we spoke with was her offering of private prenatal yoga sessions. These sessions became more than just physical preparation—they created space for a deeper connection..."

    Shianne Q.
